Is there military theme? Do you yell at boot campers?
No, all of the Bootcamp trainers are personal trainers and have no military background but they will encourage and motivate you in your session.
We provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need.
With regards to clothing most campers come in old tracksuit bottoms,
t-shirts, jumpers and a pair of running trainers. You don’t want to wear your newest sports gear as we are outside and you may get a little muddy.
In the winter months you may need hats and gloves. Also make sure you bring a lightweight breathable waterproof just in case it rains.
We also ask to that you don’t come on a completely empty stomach and you bring water with you to stay hydrated.

What if I'm not very physically fit or feel i am not ready?
Bootcamp is available to anyone no matter what your fitness levels are like. You just need to be prepared to work hard enough to improve your current fitness levels.
